By installing or using Premium TV Remote (“the App”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Service description

The App controls compatible Android TV and Google TV devices over the same local Wi‑Fi network. Compatibility varies by television firmware, Android TV Remote Service version, network configuration and installed applications.

No affiliation

Premium TV Remote is an independent utility. Unless expressly stated in the Google Play listing, it is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google, television manufacturers or streaming services. Android TV, Google TV and third-party app names belong to their respective owners.

Acceptable use

You may use the App only with devices and networks you own or are authorized to control. You must not use it to disrupt networks, bypass access controls, infringe rights or perform unlawful activity.

Feature limitations

Power, text entry, app opening, direct search and playback behavior depend on capabilities exposed by the TV and receiving application. The App cannot guarantee that every command or deep link will work on every device. It does not silently install TV applications.

Advertising and third parties

The App may show advertisements supplied by Google Mobile Ads. Speech recognition, advertisements, consent forms, television services and linked applications are third-party services governed by their own terms.

Availability and changes

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features may change to improve compatibility, security or compliance. Service can be interrupted by network conditions, device updates or third-party changes.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the App. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Access may be restricted if these terms are violated.

Changes and contact

Updated terms may be published with a revised effective date. Questions can be sent using the developer contact address displayed on the App’s Google Play listing.
