By downloading, accessing, registering for, purchasing through, or using RasiOne, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The RasiOne Service
RasiOne provides digital Vedic astrology features, including birth-chart calculations, Rasi, Lagna, Nakshatra, planetary positions, Houses, Dasha and Antardasha periods, Yogas, transits, and AI-assisted explanations based on calculated astrology data.
Features may vary by plan, region, application version, device, or service availability.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless caused by a security failure attributable to us.
You agree not to use another person's account without authorization or attempt to bypass access, subscription, quota, or security controls.
4. Free and Premium Subscriptions
RasiOne may offer Free and Premium plans. Premium subscriptions are purchased through Google Play and may renew automatically according to the billing period shown at purchase.
Prices, billing periods, taxes, offers, renewal terms, cancellation options, and refund eligibility are presented through Google Play and may vary by country or account. Google Play controls payment processing and applicable store billing policies.
You can manage or cancel eligible subscriptions through your Google Play account. Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not necessarily end access immediately; access may continue until the end of the paid period, subject to Google Play status and our entitlement verification.
Premium features may include higher AI usage limits and additional astrology features. Usage limits may be changed prospectively where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and store requirements.
5. Astrology and AI Disclaimer
RasiOne provides Vedic astrology information and AI-assisted interpretations for informational, cultural, and entertainment purposes. Astrology is a traditional interpretive system and is not scientifically established as a method for predicting future events.
AI-generated responses may contain errors, omissions, or unexpected output. RasiOne does not guarantee that predictions, interpretations, timing estimates, compatibility results, or other generated content will be accurate or occur.
Do not rely on RasiOne as a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, emergency, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, probe, or bypass security or usage controls except where permitted by applicable law.
- Use automated means to consume AI or other resources at abusive scale.
- Interfere with other users or the operation of the service.
- Use the service in a manner that violates third-party rights.
7. Information You Provide
You are responsible for the information you submit, including birth profiles and AI questions. You represent that you have the right to provide such information. If you enter another person's birth details, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of those details is lawful and appropriate.
8. Service Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, compliance, or product quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. External services such as Google Play, hosting providers, place search, or AI providers may also affect availability.
9. Intellectual Property
RasiOne, its software, branding, designs, text, graphics, and other service materials are owned by or licensed to VCW GAME STUDIO, except for third-party content and technologies that remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service or any underlying technology.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or non-payment/invalid subscription status.
You may stop using the service at any time. Where account deletion is available, you may use the applicable in-app or support process.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that astrology or AI content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular decision.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. For other claims, any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at the same location with a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
13. Governing Terms and Disputes
These Terms are intended to operate subject to applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory laws. Before publication, you may wish to add jurisdiction-specific governing-law and dispute-resolution language after legal review.
