This policy applies to the RasiOne Android application, related backend services, and pages that link to this policy. RasiOne provides Vedic astrology calculations, horoscope information, Dasha and transit information, and AI-assisted explanations based on calculated astrology data.
2. Information We Collect
Account information
We may collect information such as your name, email address, account identifiers, and authentication-related information when you register or sign in.
Birth profile information
To calculate Vedic astrology information, you may provide a name or profile label, date of birth, time of birth, birthplace, latitude, longitude, and time-zone identifier. These details are used to calculate horoscope data such as Lagna, Rasi, Nakshatra, planetary positions, Dasha periods, Yogas, and transits.
AI conversation information
If you use the AI Astrologer feature, we may process and store your questions, selected language, relevant calculated astrology context, generated responses, and usage records necessary to provide the feature and enforce usage limits.
Subscription and transaction information
We may receive subscription status, product identifiers, purchase verification information, renewal status, and entitlement information from Google Play. We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details.
Technical information
We may process limited technical information needed for security, reliability, diagnostics, fraud prevention, and service operation, such as request identifiers, application version, error information, and network-related metadata.
3. How We Use Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To calculate and display Vedic astrology information from the birth details you provide.
- To provide AI-assisted interpretations based on calculated astrology data.
- To save your profiles, horoscope results, preferences, and conversation history where applicable.
- To manage Free and Premium entitlements and AI usage limits.
- To verify Google Play subscription purchases and restore eligible purchases.
- To secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. AI-Assisted Features
RasiOne uses AI to explain or interpret deterministic astrology data generated by our calculation engine. AI is not used as the source of planetary positions or astronomical calculations.
When you ask an AI question, relevant astrology context and your question may be sent to an AI service provider to generate a response. AI-generated content can be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
5. Service Providers
We may use third-party providers to operate parts of the service, such as cloud hosting, database infrastructure, place search and time-zone resolution, AI processing, analytics or diagnostics, and Google Play billing. These providers process information only as needed to provide their respective services and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play. Google handles payment collection. RasiOne may receive subscription and purchase-verification information required to determine your entitlement. Your use of Google Play is also subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policy.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including secure transport, authentication controls, server-side secret handling, and access controls. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your account, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it is processed.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal information, such as requesting access, correction, deletion, or other controls. You may also remove saved birth profiles from within the app where supported.

RasiOne is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child's information has been provided improperly, contact us so we can review and address the request.
